Darrick Chatman owner of WINBROOK LAND & FARMS had always been interested in the tiny home movement Since Starting a Land Selling Business and when he heard about the opportunity to help develop the largest tiny home community in Georgia, he jumped at the chance.
Darrick knew that this project had the potential to revolutionize the way people thought about housing and he was determined to be a part of it. Darrick & Winbrook Land And Farms started by contacting CEO Michael Zatorski at U-BUILD TINY HOMES, a company that specialized in the construction of tiny homes. Together, they began to explore the possibility of building a tiny home community on 460 acres of land in Georgia. As they worked on the project, Darrick realized that they needed the expertise of someone who understood the unique needs of the local community.
That's when he reached out to Co-Founder Farrakhan Muhammad Ali at HEREAFTER FARMS, an organization that was dedicated to creating sustainable living spaces. With Farrakhan's help, Darrick and Michael were able to secure the necessary funding and support to move forward with the project. They worked closely with local officials and community leaders to ensure that the tiny home community would be a positive addition to the area.
And so, with Darrick's vision and leadership, the largest tiny home community in Georgia was born. The community was a hit from the start, attracting people from all walks of life who were looking for an affordable, sustainable way to live. Thanks to Darrick's hard work and determination, the tiny home movement was able to take root in Georgia, and it continues to grow and thrive to this day.
