Does the MSRP Include Delivery?

No, the home MSRP are for the home only. Additional costs like transportation are priced on request based on your delivery location.

Can I pick up my Tiny Home myself?

For units 8.5' or 10' wide - yes with conditions. 
While it is possible, we prefer to use our logistics network as they will provide route, permits, insurance, and any escort drivers for oversized loads where required. We want to all we can to ensure your home is handled and insured properly until it reaches its destination.

Can the lofts be higher than 3'8"?

Yes - however for a trailer to fall in accordance with standard shipping guidelines homes over 13'6" tall would be required an over height load and may required routing around certain bridges which may increase transportation costs on top of the increase cost to build.
