By signing the Affiliate Marketing Agreement you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

Consent: By consenting to the use of electronic signatures for a contract, the user agrees that the electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that the user has read and understood the terms and conditions.

Accuracy: The user confirms that all information provided during the electronic signature process is accurate and truthful.

Security: The electronic signature platform will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the information provided and the user's identity. The user is responsible for safeguarding their login information and password and must notify the platform immediately if there is a suspected security breach.

Legality: The user is responsible for ensuring the legality and validity of the contract being signed. The electronic signature platform is not responsible for verifying the legality of the document or transaction being signed.

Record keeping: The electronic signature platform will maintain a record of the electronic signature transaction, including the contract signed, the time and date of the signature, and the user's identity.

Termination: The electronic signature platform may terminate or suspend the user's account at any time for any reason.

Governing Law: The electronic signature platform and the user agree that the laws of the jurisdiction where the contract is signed will govern the contract and any disputes arising from the contract.

It is important to carefully review and understand the terms and conditions before consenting to the use of electronic signatures for a contract.
