Trae is a happily married father of 4.  He and his beautiful wife Katelyn live in Knoxville, TN.  Trae had a 20 year career in financial planning.  

He not only enjoys helping individuals enhance their financial situation by purchasing a tiny home, but also loves to work with real estate investors developing tiny home communities and using tiny homes as rental income. 

Trae owns 3 Tiny Homes personally and rents them out as Air BNB short term rentals.  He understands the financial impact of investing in real estate and can help you “work the numbers” to make sure your money is working hard for you.
